Don’t assume. I won’t tell you why you shouldn’t assume, because that would be rude from someone in my position to say to someone in yours, but you probably know it.  Still, you shouldn’t. I’m not stupid at all. Not the way you assume at least.
As a 3rd year law student at one point in a past life, I can tell you it takes quite a smart girl actually to be leashed up like this out here.  A stupid girl would just do as she’s told and struggle not to drool too much on the shoes of gawking passersby.

Well, of course I can do that, but also so much more.   I know the legal code, and believe it or not, that comes in very handy for a submissive naked pet.
If any officer tries to leave a parking ticket on me, I can show him the painted markings on the curb, and point out this area is zoned for stops of 20 minutes or less, and even though i’m not allowed to tell time anymore, I couldn’t possibly have been leashed here that long yet.
Leash law?  Got it covered.
And last of all, public nudity.  I have the strongest defence of all there.  My owner makes me stay naked, because I’m his pet and pets don’t wear clothes.  And if your owner tells you to do it, it’s ok.  Because possession is 9/10ths of the law.
